Services
Returns will not be accepted once a project has begun.
If payment has been taken and a project has begun, it is no longer eligible for a return.
We strive for a positive Customer experience, please email us if you have concerns regarding your project.
Digital Product
Digital Products are entitled to a 7 day return policy.
Merchandise
Pending approval, merchandise are eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
If your package has been lost in transit, claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the expected delivery date.
How to request a return/exchange
Submit your request by:
1. Completing the Return Request Form with the reason for the requested return/exchange.
2. Including images to support return/exchange is recommended and will expedite the process.
3. You will be notified by email once the return/exchange is approved with return instructions.
All merchandise returned should be in the same condition (unworn, altered or washed) and packaging in which it was originally received.
Returns are subject to a $5 restocking fee. You will be notified of the restocking fee upon return approval.
By returning the item, you assume responsibility for and accept the Terms of Return.
Terms of Return
Customers are responsible for any postage fee that is necessary to ship the item(s) back to us and will not be incurred by SoundBoy Pro. SoundBoy Pro is not responsible for any loss of property during shipment back to our facilities.
Restocking fee as noted in the return approval notice, will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Returns will be credited back to the original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
For exchanges, please allow 2 to 3 weeks for the replacement item to be delivered to you (4 to 5 for International locations).
